There are cats meowing insanely loudly outside my window. Must be in heat or something. It's like they're in my room and I'm pretty high up; they're that loud!
It's 1:40a.m. and I need to sleep. Any tips on how to shut them up?

Water bags!! My big brother perfected this technique when we were growing-up! 3 small plastic bags filled with a cup of cold water and thrown at the vertices of the triangular meowing area! Works everytime!

I had the same problem except with buses! It sounded like the entire Greater Cairo line went through my bed room. My mom ended up filing a complaint to the municipality because techinically, theyre taking the wrong route and shouldnt be passing in our road at all.She actually went downstairs with a notepad and took down the plate numbers for the buses in violation! Go Mom! It actually worked. Not sure you can use the same method with cats though..

Buy a rottweiler! No leash. They'll manage to utter half a meow before you hear some very brutal sounds. Forget about that membership in Animal Rights though!
